Return and Refund Policy

At TEAMKO ACS, a brand owned by TEAMKO GLOBAL LLC, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products in accordance with our return and refund policy.

1. Deadline for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the product. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Some products cannot be returned, such as perishable products, personal hygiene items and customized products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@teamkoacs.com or call us at (505) 317-3208 with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs to return the product are at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

6. Late or Missing Reimbursements

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@teamkoacs.com.

7. Changes
